Olive Oil
Garlic
Tomato Paste
Cherry Tomatoes
White Wine
Shrimp
Butter
Lemon (zest&juice)
Chili Flakes (opt'l)
Fresh Basil

Cook the pasta according to package direction. reserve 1/2 C pasta cooking water, drain, set aside.

In a skillet heat olive oil, then add the garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add tomato paste, stir frequently until dark red. Add cherry tomatoes, white wine, 1/2 C. water.

add shrimp to the sauce, season with salt, pepper and chili flakes stirring occasionally, until cooked.

add the cooked pasta, butter, basil, lemon zest and lemon juice. add half of the reserved pasta water if the sauce seems dry.

Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
