Bacon Mac n Cheese

Macaroni

Butter

AP flour

Milk

Salt and pepper

Shredded cheddar cheese

Smoked gouda

Cayenne, paprika (opt'l)

Fried bacon (opt’l)

 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package direction, set aside.

  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan, whisk in flour until smooth.

  3. Slowly pour milk into mixture until smooth and bubbling.

  4. Stir in salt, pepper and cheese.

  5. Pour in the drained, cooked macaroni into cheese sauce and stir to combine and serve immediately.
