Pork Siomai (Shumai)

2# Ground Pork

1 cup Minced onion

1 cup Minced carrots

1 Egg

Salt and pepper

Wonton wrapper

Water ( for steaming)

 

Dipping Sacue

5 tbs. Soy sauce

2tbs Calamansi or lemon

 

  1. Combine all the ingredients except for wonton wrapper and water.

  2. Wrap about 1 tbs of meat in wonton wrapper (watch video)

  3. Place all the wrapped meat in the steamer for 15-25 minutes.

  4. Serve with dipping sauce.
